The Hot Potato was developed and is operated by Fast Food Management, Inc., established in Puerto Rico in 1979. The Hot Potato is a fast food concept specializing in the sale of 12 oz. Idaho potatos topped with a variety of over 28 succulent toppings. All the products served are prepared in our attractive restaurants with all the ingredients and preparation in full view of the customer. The hot toppings are kept in antique looking black kettles which, along with the fresh vegetable display, make the storefront an attractive focal point. Fast Food Management, Inc. currently owns 10 The Hot Potato restaurants (in regional malls with food courts), and all have shown very consistent record of sales growth per square foot since the opening of the first store in 1979. The growth and development of the firm is now headed by John A. Regis, Jr. president who joined the company's staff in 1984, and Jay Regis, vice-president who joined in 1994. Fast Food Management, Inc. has always shown an excellent sales and profit record from operations and enjoys excellent business as well as credit references. Fast Food Management, Inc. is listed in Dun & Bradstreet (#DB 09-113-3785) with an excellent credit record. The company is affiliated by common ownership with Reggio Food Services, Inc..
